About the job
Do you have experience supporting teams from concept through production? Do like to get involved in rider research, mood board creation, graphic strategies, and present mock ups? Are you willing to work with product managers, industrial designers, and developers in a fast-paced deadline driven environment?
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
• Support Lead and senior designers to create, develop, and execute production art / tech packs on helmets, apparel , and footwear from concept to production
• Support Lead and senior designers to generate seasonal graphic briefs and mood boards for new model artwork opportunities
• Participate in rider research activities and focus groups
• Ability to take creative direction from multiple stakeholders ( Design Leads, Graphics Director and Project Management)
• Support Lead and senior designers in logo creation, presentation mocks ups, and visual line plan creation and management
• Thick skin and ability to accept and implement feedback and critique for the better of the brand and the overarching brand aesthetics
• Support Lead designers with whatever they need in order to hit deadlines and deliverables
