Specialized is seeking a Product Operations Project Manager in Morgan Hill, CA.
SUMMARY
We are looking for a leader that is process-oriented, results driven, and able to drive the product planning process and collaborate to build the roadmap for the future. Key to success is the ability to be a flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally to develop and manage rigorous, well-communicated deliverables.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
• Construct and manage the annual Product Planning and Go to Market calendar
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Brand teams, Merchandisers and Marketing to optimize the product planning and GTM process and ensure product lines are constructed and delivered to best meet Rider needs
• Develop a broad understanding of the internal processes, PLM tools, and product development cycles to drive process improvements and positive change
• Assist Leadership Team in remapping the current Product Planning process to a multi-season, Rider-focused calendar
• Partner with Product Coordinators to continuously monitor and report on the status of critical deliverables, drive on-time execution, and effectively escalate issues when necessary
• Along with the Leadership Team, hold constituents accountable for delivering on time and setting standards
• Collect and analyze KPI’s to report on the success of the product planning process
• Oversee weekly timeline meetings
• Organize and manage critical internal Product, Executive and Corporate meetings; this includes documenting and tracking essential action items
