HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
• Partner with leaders, managers and HR to ensure the building of our high performance culture by developing and leading people strategy solutions to support client goals
• Consult with business leaders to align talent related needs with the current and future needs of the organization.
• Partner with clients and recruiters to launch and obtain approval for new positions and ensure positions are being filled with top talent
• Review and assist managers with the content of annual performance evaluations, ensuring consistency, continuity and successful delivery of tailored solutions to clients and identifying talent issues before they affect the business
• Proactively identify employee and organizational needs and raise awareness, acting as an advocate for employees and managers in a manner that promotes trust, open communication, and problem resolution
• Partner with management to improve organizational effectiveness
• Provide human resources expertise, both hands-on and strategic in the areas of employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development and more
• Work with managers and staff to resolve diverse and complex employee relations issues including harassment, discrimination and performance improvement plans
• Assist in the development and delivery of culturally appropriate learning programs and onboarding
• Through analyzing metrics and trends, assist in developing value-add programs in areas of training, development, retention and job performance
