Position Overview:
The primary function of the QA Technician is to process, inspect, and document NHS hardgoods products for quality in their specifications, assembly, materials, and packaging. The QA technician will also perform a specific set of regular functions in the NHS Warranty process.

NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the R&D Department and NHS.

Regular Duties:
• Facilitate and Process all incoming hardgoods products quality assurance inspections
• Inspect, document, and record all information of incoming hardgoods and communicate the outcome to the key people at NHS
• Triage, propose, and present solutions for quality issues as they arise during the inspection process.
• TOPs (Top of Production) Air Freight Samples from factory – Conduct specification and performance inspections for all key hardgoods categories per specified procedures
• Conduct all Product QA/QC inspections, documentation, and communications
• Regular cleaning, organizing, and upkeep of R&D Lab, Offices, and Woodshop
• Assist with Warranty claims processes, return product inspections/evaluations, and customer response emails.
