About the job
• Expert in assigned area of business operations. Identifies and provides technological support and solutions to portfolio users to maximize system utilization and productivity.
• Perform project management activities through deployment of PacSun’s Project Life Cycle Management model (PLCM) and software development lifecycle (SDLC) model. Perform needs analysis, application analysis, project implementation plans, project team assignment and resource management and project monitoring duties.
• Work with system users of technology to identify, prioritize, and solve system issues. Leads and mentors Associate Business Systems Analysts and Business Systems Analysts in resolving trouble tickets and communicating IT calendar events
• Identify business systems solutions through research, benchmarking and investigation by attending conventions, seminars, reading journals and conducting collaboration with other organizations and business users
• Other tasks as assigned
