Job Description

The Store Communications Specialist position is primarily focused on collecting feedback and identifying opportunities to improve processes/communication in our Stores. This person will work closely with the Store Operations Department to test and create communication for new operating procedures in Stores. We are looking for someone who is comfortable visiting Stores and collecting feedback to improve the efficiency of current communication or operations.

This position reports to the Manager of Store Communications.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Partner with Stores to collect feedback and understand current processes/communication and provide findings to corporate partners
• Responsible for problem solving and improving efficiency in Stores
• Create and manage surveys to collect feedback or information from Stores
• Analyze Store Visit data and create reporting for Field Leadership Team
• Partner with Stores to create Best Practices for operational processes in Stores
• Partner with Loss Prevention to create and implement new projects or key initiatives
• Contribute to a fast-paced work environment while providing key contributions to the development of the Store Communications Team
• Maintain dashboards and schedules with the ability to report out status updates on all projects when necessary
• Demonstrate a commitment to the core values of PacSun and protection of the PacSun culture with all initiatives
• Other duties and responsibilities may be required of this position and will be assigned as necessary

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Store Management experience or 2 years of multi-unit Retail Communications/ Operations experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, inclusive of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task successfully on time-sensitive projects with minimum supervision
• Ability to collaborate with field counterparts while synthesizing corporate department level information
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Ability to work as a team member
• Strong logical, analytic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present business strategies and action plans formally
• Requires local travel to stores (2-3 days a week)
• May require work on the weekends and holidays at certain times throughout the year
