Job Description

The Store Communications Specialist position is primarily focused on tracking and organizing tasks/projects with cross-functional partners for our 400+ Stores. This person will oversee all planning tools & calendars used by the Store Communications Department and ensure deadlines are met for each tasks/projects executing in Stores. We are looking for someone who is a natural multitasker and is able to manage several project calendars/timelines at the same time.

This position reports to the Manager of Store Communications.

Responsibilities:
• Attend Business Reviews to review upcoming projects/tasks in Stores
• Responsible for managing several calendars and timelines for projects/tasks for our Stores and Field Leadership Team
• Oversee and improve the process of document organization and retention in Stores
• Manage the organization of our Store Communication Platform
• Contribute to a fast-paced work environment while providing key contributions to the development of the Store Communications Team
• Maintain dashboards and schedules with the ability to report out status updates on all projects when necessary
• Demonstrate a commitment to the core values of PacSun and protection of the PacSun culture with all initiatives
• Other duties and responsibilities may be required of this position and will be assigned as necessary

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 years of multi-unit Retail Communications or Retail Operations experience in a corporate environment
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, inclusive of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to multi-task successfully on time-sensitive projects with minimum supervision
• Ability to collaborate with field counterparts while synthesizing corporate department level information
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Ability to work as a team member
• Strong logical, analytic, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to present business strategies and action plans formally
• May require travel to stores
• May require work on the weekends and holidays at certain times throughout the year
