Troy Lee Designs has an immediate opening for a full time position as an eCommerce Marketer / Administrator at our Corona, CA office.
The ideal candidate will understand and deepen the relationship between TLD and our online customer. This position will be responsible for developing and launching email marketing campaigns that engage and convert shoppers to buyers. In addition, this position will manage TLD’s presence on social media across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and more.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and updating website content, including news, videos, athlete profiles, product information, and banners. This position provides the opportunity to have a significant personal impact on eCommerce and grow within TLD.
Responsibilities:
• Help deliver and optimize the personalized email lifecycle strategy
• Create individual transactional and marketing emails that capture the TLD voice
• Create additional content including (but not limited to) new product landing pages, advertising banners, social media posts, blogs and product copy
• Create, manage, and analyze emails blasts about company events and sales
• Manage TLD's eCommerce product photography database
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our current social network presence to the TLD store
• Explore, test, and recommend new strategies and channels to engage with our target customers online
• Manage the online product catalog, including importing products & product info through CSV export/importing
• Supervise incoming retail web orders and email requests pertaining web orders
• Triage any eCommerce problems and manage external vendors / consultants to get them resolved
