Independent Trading Company has provided high-quality sweatshirts to our customers since 1997 and is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. This person will be working side by side with the Sales Teams in an open office environment. • No cubicles• Job functions will include but are not limited to: processing and managing all website orders, assisting sales reps, helping with incoming sales calls, emails, fielding customer questions, processing RA's, managing multiple time-sensitive tasks. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with excellent benefits. If you are a dedicated, team-oriented, hard-working individual you must apply! Most of our employees have been with us for over 7 years, so we rarely have openings, join our Indy family while you can!
