The Crailtap Family of brands (Girl, Chocolate, Four Star, Royal. and Lakai) is looking for a responsible self-driven and dynamic problem solving person to join our team as Accountant/Controller to work at our headquarters in Torrance CA.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions;
-Lead and coordinate the preparation and analysis of the budget and financial forecasts and report variance.
-Review, support and publish timely monthly financial statements.
-Act as a liaison between company and outside accounting firm for all matters.
-Advanced experience with GL functions and month and year end close process.
-Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
-Manage and comply with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
-Cash Flow Management: Forecast AP and AR and prepare for reporting to CEO
-Quick Books Online: Experience with Quickbooks data entry, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
-Blue Cherry ERP; experience in an ERP system running reports to generate sales, COGS, AR and inventory data
EXCEL-Expert level experience a must!
-Payroll Processing
-Assist senior management in the execution of special projects.
-Train and retain competent accounting team members
Bachelors degree and minimum 5 years experience in accounting
