Alpinestars is currently seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, sports-minded person to fill a position in our sales department. This position will manage the Amazon channel for Alpinestars across all our categories (Moto, Auto, Cycling, Sportswear) to optimize Alpinestars presence on the web. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with full cycle experience managing Amazon. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be results-driven, organized and resourceful with the motivation to create effective sales campaigns to hit sales targets.
What You’ll Do:
• Management of the day-to-day business on Amazon
• Build efficient and effective infrastructure and practices with Planning, Purchasing, Sales Support, and Finance to enable a streamlined operation
• Establish the sales and variation strategy of product assortment, placement, and pricing
• Handle order and inventory management
• Execution and ongoing maintenance of digital content (images, data files, video), product pages and the brand stores
• Work cross functionally with creative/sales planning to gather copy and assets for on site features and item specs for set up templates
• Develop and execute effective SEO and sales campaigns
• Integrate seasonal / new product launch and communication materials
• Competitive analysis to assess areas of opportunity and testing.
• Maintain the product merchandising calendar and execute brand store updates in alignment with the digital marketing, media, and promotional calendars for a holistic customer journey
• Own FAQ and ensure that customers are responded to in an informative and timely manner consistent with the overall brand messaging
• Monitor Ratings and Reviews and relay product feedback to internal teams to help improve the customer experience
• Performance analysis tracking content performance and conversion, inventory levels and sell-though
• Report creation. A portion of your job will involve creation of a variety of reports.
• Build effective, streamlined processes that can fulfill our customer and retailer demand on Amazon while contributing to Alpinestars financial targets
What You’ll Bring:

• 3-5 years of direct Amazon and e-Commerce experience required including knowledge of AMZ Vendor Central and self-serve platforms
• Strong proficiency in navigating complex data and technology database systems (AMZ's Vendor Central and Ads platforms) and skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated success of proactively planning, setting priorities, executing, and delivering results
• Demonstrated ability to identify both short- and long-range growth opportunities
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
• Understanding of Google products such as Webmaster Tools & Analytics would be desirable
• Creative thinking and problem solving
• Previous powersports industry experience preferred
• Familiarity with Full Circle software a plus.
