The North Face, based in Alameda, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), is in search of a Senior Retail Marketing Manager for its Direct to Consumer category.

The North Face operates 100 Full Price and Outlet retail stores throughout North America. The Direct to Consumer channel is rapidly growing for the brand and there is a need for greater alignment and integration across DTC channels. The Sr. Retail Marketing Manager, Direct to Consumer will be responsible for ensuring alignment on campaign development and implementation across all Direct to Consumer channels (FP / e-comm / Outlet). In addition, based on the strategy set by the Director team, the role is responsible developing and implementing omnichannel Direct to Consumer retail campaigns to support our Direct to Consumer retail business objectives. The position will develop and maintain a master DTC Go To Market retail calendar, will support a monthly Go to Marketing strategy meeting to build strategy and gain alignment at the Director level and lead weekly DTC Core Team meeting to implement the plans. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Wholesale & Direct to Consumer, the role is also responsible for managing and maintain budgets, developing campaign briefs and liaising with Agency of Record & media agency to build out campaigns, supporting Outlet marketing and working closely with and leading a cross functional team on aligning campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated omni-channel Go to Market calendar to ensure marketing alignment across channels
- Strategic development and execution of traffic driving campaigns and initiatives for Full Price and Outlet channels, analyze results and build out recommendations for future programs and campaigns
- Accurately manage marketing budget pertaining to department responsibilities
- Focused management of marketing agency relationships for timely, high quality deliverables within budget
- Establish and maintain strong working relationship with key internal stakeholders (DMM / Marketing Ops / Brand)
- Communicate out integrated plans and tactics internal (30/60/90 day outlook) + provide store network with required campaign information and set up to support campaigns
- Collaborate with VIPeak team to integrated loyalty into campaigns
- Leverage CLM data to increase level of targeting, customization and sophistication to the campaigns developed
- Participating in weekly field management discussions and traffic driving task force to report on outlet marketing initiatives. Retail Marketing Contractor will support additional retail marketing projects as needed; including but not limited to:
o Supporting planning and execution of retail events and experiential activations.
o Assisting with retail marketing campaign tracking and measurement.
o Assisting in preparing seasonal marketing presentations and activation guides for stores.
