The North Face, based in Alameda, CA (San Francisco Bay Area), is seeking a Senior Merchandising Specialist.
As part of The North Face Direct to Consumer team, this position will work collaboratively with all Merchant related departments. The Sr. Merchandising Specialist will assist in evolving merchant operations to increase efficiencies and enable the merchant to focus on key responsibilities. They will collaborate with necessary departments to create optimal alignment. And will ensure tactical duties are executed as accurately and as timely as possible to provide the highest customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Timely maintain and update system for accuracy
- With the guidance of the Merchant Operations Director, assist in documenting processes and standardizing procedures and forms
- Train new Merchant personnel on systems and procedures
- Manage and prepare department wide reporting
- Document Industry promotional activity
- Assist with other department projects as needed and assigned
