About the job

The North Face is hiring a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to drive strategy and execution of our paid search, SEO, display (mid and low funnel), and affiliate programs, with the goal of driving profitable growth from our eCommerce/Direct-to-Consumer business. This person will have a passion for delivering relevant and personalized customer experiences, as well as leveraging digital attribution analytics to optimize our spend and execution across tactics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages the roadmap/strategy for SEO, paid search, display and affiliate programs by prioritizing growth opportunities to hit our revenue and brand goals.
- Collaborates with internal partners and external vendors to optimize site content for SEO.
- Act as a digital thought leader to help The North Face navigate the future of digital in customer journeys.
- Optimizes our display remarketing and paid social programs, and launch mid funnel display.
- Serves as a power user of our digital attribution solution to optimize the mix and effectiveness of our performance marketing ecosystem.
- Manages affiliate agency to optimize the mix and effectiveness of our affiliate partners.
- Collaborates with our CRM/CLM team to leverage targeted audiences within tactics.
- Manages multiple agencies and one FT coordinator (to be hired).
