Job Description

The North Face operates 115+ Full Price and Outlet retail stores throughout North America. The Retail channel is rapidly growing for the brand and there is a need for greater alignment and integration across Retail channels. The Sr. Retail Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring alignment on campaign development and implementation across all Direct to Consumer channels (FP/e-comm /Outlet). In addition, based on the strategy set by the Director team, the role is responsible for developing and implementing omnichannel Direct to Consumer retail campaigns to support our business objectives, including commercial campaigns, traffic driving initiatives and New Store Marketing plans. Reporting to the Director of Retail Marketing, the role is also responsible for managing budgets, developing campaign briefs and working with Agency of Record & media agency to build out campaigns, while also supporting Outlet marketing and working closely with and leading a cross functional team on campaign alignment and execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement integrated omnichannel Go to Market strategy to ensure marketing alignment across channels.
- Strategic development and execution of traffic driving campaigns and initiatives for Full Price and Outlet channels; analyze results and build out recommendations for future programs and campaigns.
- Accurately manage marketing budget pertaining to department responsibilities.
- Focused management of marketing agency relationships for timely, high quality deliverables within budget.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders (Retail Team / Marketing Ops / Brand/ DMMs).
- Communicate the integrated plans and tactics internally and provide store network with required campaign information and set-up to support campaigns.
- Collaborate with VIPeak team to integrated loyalty into campaigns.
- Leverage CLM data to increase level of targeting, customization and sophistication to the campaigns developed.
- Participate in weekly field management discussions to report on all initiatives.
- Manage Retail Marketing Contractor who will support additional retail marketing projects as needed; including but not limited to:
* New Store Opening Marketing plans.
* Assisting with retail marketing campaign tracking and measurement.

Job Requirements

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 7 - 10 years of related professional experience.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent combination of years of experience and education.
- 3 - 5 years of management experience.
- 7+ years of brand and retail store marketing experience.
- CRM program management experience.
- Brand initiative development and execution experience desired.
- Proven track record of the ability to strategically develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with business partners and to work cross functionally.
- Travel required: 10%
