Merchandise/Visual Presentation Coordinator: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
As part of the Store Presentation and Visual team, the Merchandise/Visual Presentation Coordinator will work collaboratively with Store Managers, Regional Managers, Regional Managers of Visual Presentation, and Communications Coordinator to coordinate and manage all processes related to the overall Merchandise/Visual presentation guidelines in stores. The Merchandise/Visual Coordinator reports to the Manager of Visual Presentation.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Contributes in the development of all visual and presentation guidelines for both full price and outlet store channels.
Drives the Womens department business from a visual in-store strategy, guidelines, and in-store execution stand point.
Collaborates with merchants and allocators to plan presentation and visual needs.
Executes pre-season floor sets at the on-site mock store, reviews floor set with cross-functional partners, and participates in walkthrough of floor set for final executive sign off.
Works with Store Operations to communicate needs to the eld teams as it relates to all merchandise and visual presentation guidelines and initiatives.
Works with New Store Opening Manager to ensure openings and remodels are executed to full completion. Ensures any and all visual elements needed prior to opening are ordered, on-site merchandising assistance, and follow up on all post-opening/remodel residual items.
Assists on all window sets, launches and POS signing for visual elements.
Project manager for in-store graphics (signage, promos, windows, etc.)
Partners with Marketing and Buying teams to ensure a cohesive story is told through our graphics, that each graphic enhances our visual presentation and ensures that we are aiding in the success of our overall retail environment.
Works with regional partners to ensure overall presentation standards deliver the brand image to The North Face customers.

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-4 years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BS or BA preferred or equivalent work experience
Computer/Software Applications: Proficient computer skills Word, Excel, Outlook, Smarksheet, Google Sheets, Photoshop, InDesign *Experience with 3-D rendering programs a plus
Skills: Detail-oriented, strong communication (verbal and written), problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Experience with budget management a plus

Travel required: 50%
