Sr. Manager, Digital Personalization: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
This is a pivotal role within the North Faces Digital Infrastructure, defining, developing and executing our personalization strategy to give our consumers a best in class experience within our digital environment. Working closely with the Director of Digital Commerce, our CLM teams and vast consumer behavior data, Digital Marketing and Creative teams, as well as you UX and Operations Teams, you will be responsible for leading thenorthface.com through this exciting phase of our growth.

How You Will Make a Difference:
This role will focus on the strategic direction as well as the flawless execution of personalized consumer experiences across our North American Platform
Create, manage and scale existing and new consumer engagement strategies to attract and retain key consumer segments
Partner with our internal teams to ensure full visibility of strategic direction and processes to align on key approaches.
Manage the relationship with chosen personalization vendors to maintain and expand on our current technology platforms, developing a short, mid and long-term vision of our Personalization Technology Roadmap
Provide direction and coaching to Partners, agencies, and vendors to reach desired performance results including project timing, scope, and KPIs.
Work closely with the Creative Digital Director to manage the creative and production process of digital marketing assets, including the creative brief, review of creative assets, managing the approval process, and final asset delivery
Manage the A/B testing strategy and develop the Sr. Testing Coordinator to enable a test and learn methodology.
Differentiate between Product and Content personalization to drive consumer engagement and revenue growth
Collaborate with key stakeholders to build robust campaigns for all personas within our consumer database
Transform our data into actionable insights and provide accurate reporting of consumer metrics and campaign results to share with our leadership teams

Skills for Success:

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5+ Years Experience in related positions with increasing responsibility.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BA with strong academic record (preference for quantitative, scientific, or technical background)
Demonstrated ability to develop segmental strategy and drive personalization at scale
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong team player
Strong oral and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit, with a willingness to test and learn
Consumer centric vision
Creative thinker, problem solver
Knowledge of personalization tools
Microsoft Suite

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Willing and able to work additional hours when needed
Travel required: 5%
