Sr. Manager, Retail Systems: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family

The Sr. Manager Retail Systems provides support for all TNF Retail systems at both the corporate and store level.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Manage and support existing systems and software
Research and recommend future system solutions
Drive implementation of new business solutions and enhancements
Develop business strategies and procedures in the area of systems to improve productivity as well as reduce costs
Work with VF IS/IT group to develop synergies across coalition and brand business units
Train and document procedures for corporate and store personnel on new and existing applications
Liaison between VF Services and TNF Retail on system interface and issues and development
Review accuracy and process payables for monthly invoices for IT services
Manage POS lab to support store operations needs and new retail support releases

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5 years equivalent experience managing and implementing software solutions for retail store environment.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BA degree
Retail POS / Mobile POS system knowledge
Credit Authorization system knowledge
Working knowledge of network typology
Project management experience
AS 400 system knowledge
SAP working knowledge
PC and Systems literate
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated
Good communicator and teacher

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel required: 15%
