Digital Merchandise Manager, Womens: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
The Digital Merchandise Manager Womens is responsible for the onsite merchandising needs for The North Faces Womens Apparel. This role is vital in developing the iteration of our onsite merchandising specifically for the needs of our female consumer across our Performance and Lifestyle segments. Working closely with our internal teams across multiple departments the role will define the user journey across the site to drive best-in-class user experience and conversion through browse/buy behaviors. This role will also be responsible for managing the needs of our Canadian Business and the Merchandiser in place for this specific need. You will also be accountable for the merchandise needs of special projects across the business including being the digital liaison for the physical catalog, development of onsite merchandising tools.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Utilize Insights tool daily to identify top merchandising opportunities, as well as products with high associated score and act to boost conversion.
Create and present weekly web hindsight for womens category; analyze guest behavior, site metrics and relate findings to sales/site performance; present recommended strategies for current and future business based upon findings.
Responsible for US Women's Apparel product upload & attribution and identify appropriate category merchandising.
Merchandise US Women's Feature pages with effective story-telling and data based knowledge while testing & implementing merchandising efforts often.
Manage our Prosumer merchandising needs and exclusions.
Merchandise all US Women's WebSphere Activity Pages and ensure themes tie back to site marketing, email, social, brand stories, and buyers seasonal strategies
Manage the Canada Specific Merchandiser
Handle special projects related to omni-channel experiences.
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years
Educational/ Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant subject area or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Retail e-Commerce experience is required.
Experience with internet based technology platform.
Strong analytical/modeling skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights
Proficiency in Excel is required, including experience with charting, large data sets and macros.
Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Onsite Merchandising Tools required.
Excellent verbal, written and data presentation skills a must-have.
Passion for retail e-Commerce analytics is a requirement. Huge opportunity to make an impact on the direction and success of the e-Commerce business.
