Sr. Manager, Loyalty: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
The Loyalty Program Senior Manager is a full-time position responsible for managing The North Face VIPeak loyalty program, including: acquisition and retention, promotions, exclusive benefits and customer LTV analytics. The Loyalty Program Senior Manager will be the internal champion for both our customers and the VIPeak program across The North Face customer touch points, including e-Commerce, in-store, TNF VIPeak mobile app, customer service, direct mail, email and events. The goal of this program is to increase opportunities for customers to engage with The North Face brand to build long lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for the consumer experience and focused on designing effective ROI based loyalty marketing programs.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Develop and maintain loyalty program roadmap, including mission statement, goals and project timelines.
Completely manage the Rewards and prize fulfillment process for VIPeak Rewards
Manage promotions and exclusive experiential offers to deliver a unique, branded The North Face experience.
Drive loyalty member acquisition and design retention tactics to fuel our customer loyalty program through TNF.com, in-store and customer service
Design compelling customer journeys for new and existing members through TNF.com, in-store, the TNF VIPeak mobile app, TNF branded and co-branded events, customer service, email, direct mail, and other customer touch points.
Manage loyalty vendor, creative agency, and 2 onsite contractors with a focus on acquisition and retention, respectively
Own and clearly communicate the creative brand standards and consumer/associate messaging for VIPeak, including store associate training collateral.
Source and manage partnerships and events within TNF sports marketing, TNF retail stores and other vendors to create member exclusive events and benefits.
Collaborate with internal analytics teams to understand and analyze loyalty member metrics (LTV, etc)
Manage the VIPeak loyalty program for the US and Canada.
Track VIPeak membership, performance, churn etc.
Coordinate with loyalty technical partner to ensure points and promotional campaigns are developed for key initiatives.
Strategize on best practices for Loyalty programs and ongoing evolution of the VIPeak Rewards program.
Continuously monitor loyalty landscape and trends to develop plans that optimize program mechanics.
Drive projects with technical partners to extend loyalty presence in mobile app, social, mobile wallet etc.

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7 years of experience in marketing. Loyalty experience required.
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BA/BS required, MBA a plus.
Preference for a background in the outdoor and/or premium apparel industry.
Incredibly organized, flexible, and collaborative with strong follow through.
Knowledge of retail loyalty programs.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize, set deadlines and meet aggressive goals with a track record of delivering results.
Ability to lead cross functional marketing projects for on-time in-budget delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competency in coordinating programs with distributed global teammates, and comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization.
Prior management of agencies, freelancers, and direct reports.
