Manager, Visual Operations: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
The Manager of Visual Operationswilllead andwork collaboratively withthe Visual team,Merchandising, Ops,field and marketing teams to bring brand stories to lifein store.The operational focus of this role supports the team and drives and tracks internal calendars,projects, and budgets and seasonal briefsfor DTC and outlet team. Insures team meetsinternal and externaldeadlines andmeetsbudget guidelines.Create implementand manageall day to dayalloperationalprocesses related to the overallVisual presentationand retail marketing teams.
How You Will Make a Difference:
Manage, track and communicate calendars tosupport the creation and delivery of12 seasonal visual directives, new store openings, monthly campaigns and special projects
Support the visual team to deliver tools that create, drive and deliver compelling consumer journey that celebrates key brand moments / stories
Create track manage budgets and invoice process
Create track implement seasonalbriefs that support Go to market process
Partner with merchandising, marketing and field to deliver best in class store experience
Deliver actionable, thoughtful visual direction to field partners that drives DTC business
Works with ManagerNew Store Opening/Remodel to ensureopenings/remodels areexecutedbest in class
Collaborates with Creative Managers on allbudgets/ timelines -Window sets, launches and POS signing
Partnerwith Regional Merchandise Presentation Managers,andRegional, District and Store Managers to ensure overall visualstandards deliver the brand image to the Customers
Collaboratewith merchant partners on future go to market process and strategy to insure compelling assortments. Visual presentation
Partnerwith New Store Openingand Construction Managers on any and all visual elements needed prior to opening,
Managesworkloadto ensure completion of projects in accordance with settimelinesand needs of the business
Communicates needs to the field teams as it relates to all Visual Presentation issues
Escalates issues/concerns to appropriate partners in a timely manner
Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years visual merchandising experience
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BA or BS preferred or equivalent work experience
Strong and proven organizational operational background
Proficient computer skills,excel,including word processing, spreadsheets and3d renderingsoftware programs as needed
Ability to multi- task and prioritize projects with competing deadlines
Detail-oriented with strongwritten and verbalcommunicationskills
Self starter, team player
Strongproblem solving, and interpersonal skills
Budget planning, analytical, organizational driven
Ability to collaborate and influence cross functional partnerson all levelsto achieve a unified vision
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel required: 50%
