Visual Presentation Manager: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
As part of the Store Presentation and Visual team, the Manager of Visual Presentation will work collaboratively with Merchandising, Ops, field and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life in store. The Manager of Visual Presentation will coordinate and manage all processes related to the overall Visual presentation guidelines and in store presentation.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Create, develop and implement 12 seasonal visual directives and guidelines each year.
Create, drive and deliver compelling consumer journey that celebrates key brand moments / stories.
Partner with merchandising, marketing and field to deliver best in class store experience.
Deliver actionable, thoughtful visual direction to field partners that drives DTC business.
Works with Manager New Store Opening/Remodel to ensure openings/remodels are executed to full completion with minimal residual.
Collaborates with Creative Managers on all Window sets, launches and POS signing.
Partner with Regional Merchandise Presentation Managers, and Regional, District and Store Managers to ensure overall visual standards deliver the brand image to the Customers.
Collaborate with merchant partners on future go to market process and strategy to insure compelling assortments. Visual presentation.
Partner with New Store Opening and Construction Managers on any and all visual elements needed prior to opening, including pre-opening window clings.
Manages workload to ensure completion of projects in accordance with set timelines and needs of the business.
Communicates needs to the field teams as it relates to all Visual Presentation issues.
Escalates issues/concerns to appropriate partners in a timely manner.

Skills for Success:
Years of Related Professional Experience: 3-5 years visual merchandising experience
Educational/ Position Requirements:
BA or BS preferred or equivalent work experience
Proficient computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and software programs as needed
Ability to multi- task and prioritize projects with competing deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving, and interpersonal skills
Conceptual space planning and merchandising capabilities
Ability to collaborate and influence cross functional partners to achieve a unified vision

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel by air and overnight, as required 50% of time.
