Global Creative Director, Marketing: Become the Newest Member of the VF Family
The Global Creative Director, Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for curating how the brand shows up to the consumer across all touchpoints. The role is responsible for managing and evoloving the overall brand identity, image, store design, storytelling and brand recognition globally. TNF has built a model of managing the creative development process internally through our in-house agency, digital and environmental design team. This senior role isresponsiblefor managing (and to some extent building) the overall operations, creative development and creative production for alltouch pointsof the consumer experience across all regions. This leader is responsible for the creative direction, brand identity and creating a centralorganization that brings the brand to life. This leader must have a proven track record of leading large and complex teams, creating inspiring environments for creative individuals to concept anddevelop ideas and be focused on the consumer in all things.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Lead TNF visual brand representation in all areas, including marketing, digital, retail and product. Responsible for all visual expressions of TNF branding in all business channels.
Manage senior creative department personnel to execute overall creative direction in line with brand strategy. Inspire team to think conceptually and develop big ideas while concurrently supporting the team on the production process of bringing ideas to life.
Oversee and approve creative projects with full TNF teams, including environmental design, environmental production, digital and mobile experiences, art directors, designers and producers.
Create a structure in which marketing, creative and environmental design partner together to develop inspiring, on-brand creativeexperiencesfrom retail to events to marketing materials.
Develop relationships with product development, retail and wholesale teams to ensure positive creative direction as a brand.
Provide leadership and support to the Creative Services organization to ensure workflow, deadlineadherenceand overall operations are upheld. Full creativeorganizationfunctions as a service organization and must be operationally sound as a result.
Work with key personnel in product to ensure cohesive visual brand messaging in all TNF marketing and experiences.

Skills for Success:
BA in Art recommended; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Exceptional design talent
Complete grasp of graphic design and its principles
Understanding of the culture of (specific core sports) participants
Proven track record of managing complex teams
Digital and environmental design expertise
Exceptional communication skills; ability to lead organization, articulate business strategy and present creative work
Global creative experience; able to develop and adapt creative ideas that deliver to brand and regional goals
Ability to develop creative ideas that advertise and promote specific line segments to the target customer
Advanced Mac skills, expert in all commonly used software for graphic design

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
Travel required: 20%
