What You Will Do
You will be responsible for enforcing the overall brand voice and tone for The North Face. You will ensure consistency of voice in all communications and accountable for consumer facing copy and narrative across all channels including seasonal product communication, email, event collateral and miscellaneous projects. You will work closely with Creative, Brand and Product teams to ensure they are well versed in the strategy and point of view of all communication.
How You Will Make A Difference
Communicating The North Face brand message consistently across all channels while speaking in an appropriate brand voice.
Collaborating with Marketing and eCommerce team members to develop and communicate brand positioning and messaging.
Effectively communicating to the consumer our product features, benefits, technologies and usages.
Writing of creative copy for email, Social, microsites, and landing pages among others. Work with all cross functional partners to learn seasonal product lines and technologies.
Differentiating products through effective product-specific copywriting.
What You Bring
3-5 years copywriting experience, preferably in the outdoor industry or in retail industry
Strong grasp of brand voice/tone
Digital copywriting experience (i.e. email, social media, paid media/banner copy, landing page and microsite copy)
High volume email copywriting experience
Experience in writing for women audiences is preferred
Extreme passion for attention to detail
