What You Will Do
As the Senior Director, Americas Marketing Brand Management, you will build the marketing vision with the Global Brand VP Marketing to ensure sustainable and profitable business growth as well as global consistency and local relevancy. You will manage and own the advertising budget within the brands P&L to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans, fueling brand awareness, top line sales and maximizing margin and operating income. You will provide leadership for the Americas marketing organization to raise brand awareness, maintain image and ensure best in class Americas/ DTC / Key Accounts / local markets integrated sales & marketing plans, tools and creative assets. You will develop the Americas marketing organization both from a structural and talent development standpoint, while serving as a champion for consumer insights throughout the TNF organization to ensure sustainable growth of the business and optimal brands equity

You will communicate effectively: Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message
You will influence: Creating and executing influence strategies that persuade key stakeholders to take action that will advance shared interests and business goals

What You Bring
Marketing or Business Degree; MBA level preferred
Minimum 8 years of Marketing management experience, sportswear or lifestyle Brands preferred
Deep understanding of the Brand as well as the performance and lifestyle industries
Language skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); multi-linguistic skills preferred
Willing to travel frequently, both domestic and internationally
