What You Will Do
The Email Marketing Coordinator is a member of The North Face eCommerce team. He or she is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the email marketing channel which includes promotional, triggered, transactional, loyalty, and retail emails, with the goal of driving profitable growth from our eCommerce/Direct-to-Consumer business. Responsibilities span project management, campaign development, reporting and analysis. Reporting into the Email Marketing Manager, the coordinator will support in planning, execution, testing, vendor/agency relationships, and other projects.
How You Will Make A Difference
Manage the day-to-day operations of the email marketing programs
Analyze and summarize weekly reporting metrics to ensure goals and KPIs are met and identify problems or areas of opportunities; Help identify and establish benchmarks for future campaigns
Collaborate with cross functional teams including brand, retail, creative and CLM to develop and execute on marketing strategies end-to-end
Help manage the email marketing calendar to ensure all key initiatives and product stories are supported
Brief in creative needs and work closely with internal creative and project management teams on the development/execution of campaigns
Traffic digital creative to email agency
Support in the implementation of the testing calendar to continually test new creative, tactics, tools, etc. and apply learnings to optimize the day-to-day strategies
Make strategic recommendations to improve any and all aspects of the email marketing programs
Keep up to date on the media marketplace, including platform updates, marketing trends, media tech, etc.
What You Bring
1 - 3 years experience managing promotional and/or triggered, transactional, or automated email marketing programs
Strong understanding of email marketing KPIs, analysis, and reporting
Experience with Oracle Responsys, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, Adobe, and DOMO or applicable ESP and reporting tools.
Experience working at or with a digital/email agency and creative teams and utilizing project management tools
Detail oriented and very strong organization and project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and track/manage multiple campaigns/projects at a time
Passion for data driven decision making and creating compelling and personalized digital customer experiences
Strong excel skills required
Must be a strong communicator who is able to effectively communicate marketing efforts, analysis, and best practices to the broader organization
Highly driven with a positive, high-energy, team-oriented attitude
BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
