What You Will Do

You will contribute in designing a product line and track a design schedule to ensure a timely completion following the predetermined product development calendar. You will research industry and product periodicals for new information, partner with material sourcing to develop innovative fabrications, and contribute to creation of visual presentations. You will also partner with developers to create innovative and technologically advanced products.

How You Will Make A Difference

You will bring knowledge of the industry design process with elevated attention to detail and technical skills in support of lead designers. Will work under the organization of territory-based Design Manager but will be organized under the day-to-day responsibilities set by lead design team. You will have the opportunity to grow and expand with knowledgeable creatives and learn the full design process from research, construction, techpack, trim development, and presentation preparation. You will be able to exercise your passion for sustainable design and proactive about creating designs that reflect that.



What You Bring

Years of Related Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a design related field.
Educational/Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Design (apparel), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in flat sketching expertise.
Hands-on experience with CAD software.
Skills:
Working knowledge of formulating color palettes.
Working knowledge and understanding of apparel construction
Proficient communications skills.
Working knowledge of product cycles.
Working knowledge of fabrications
Ability to CAD colors
3d model trims a plus
Shows initiative

Must have positive work ethic to understand and acknowledge core deadline dates
