What You Will Do
As a Leader in the North America Retail Team, the primary responsibility of the Retail Experience Sr Manager is to Develop Brand Retail strategies and creative retail direction for the consumer journey in the North America marketplace through an intentional and integrated offense powered through the GTM process. You will lead with DTC to help to drive a consistent narrative that influences the wholesale marketplace.
How You Will Make A Difference
You will extend, adapt and drive distinction through authentic territory and brand moments, product storytelling and experiences that connect across innovation, exploration and culture.
You will lead the extension of briefs for development and execution of the holistic product storytelling journeys against Brand Defining, Consumer Defining & Product stories leveraging principles and approach to harmonize storytelling and retail experiences.
You will deliver the consumer journey across multiple seasons aligned to the brand voice and defined seasonal KPI's.
In partnership with Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising, you will develop and drive an in-store strategy through the lens of consumer positioning.
Partner with DTC Merchandising, Buyers, Field Leaders & Retail Marketing counterparts to develop and drive a holistic approach that connect the consumer to the TNF ecosystem.
Partner with brand teams (Global/Region/City) partners to drive connection in marketplace.
Stay current on latest retail trends and industry best practice.
Collaborate and work across multiple stakeholders, leading teams, demonstrating alignment and progress.
Enable strategy and teams via a strong leadership profile and championship behavior.
Focus teams and resources against the stories that matter most.
Inspire, empower & serve Cities with strategies, tools and guidance.
Lead and develop a world class Retail Brand Experience team with a focus on unleashing creativity to drive the TNF Brand forward.

What You Bring.
8+ years Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Design or similar experience is required.
Consumer Obsessed - is relentlessly curious and knowledgeable about the consumer and their world and is inspired to serve explorers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to foundational retail excellence.
Desire to grow store experience and connect a digital ecosystem.
