What You Will Do
As a member of the Global Brand Retail Team, the primary responsibility of the Global Manager is to Develop Brand Retail strategies and creative retail direction for the consumer journey at The North Face Stores through an intentional and integrated offense powered through the GTM process.
How You Will Make A Difference
You will drive distinction through authentic brand moments, product storytelling and experiences that connect across innovation, exploration and culture.
You will aid in the development of the holistic product storytelling journeys against Brand Defining, Consumer Defining & Editorial stories leveraging principles and approach to harmonize storytelling and retail experiences.
In partnership with Global Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Guide Education teams, you will develop and drive an in-store strategy through the lens of consumer positioning.
You will deliver the consumer journey across multiple seasons aligned to the brand voice and defined seasonal KPI's.
You will inspire, empower & serve the regions with strategies, tools and guidance focused on enabling flawless execution for DTC priorities.
You will probe and mine capabilities and foster a test and learn mindset that informs future strategies.
You will drive global best practices and standards. Capture and deploy geo and city key learnings for broader scale.
You will leverage and apply Regions and City insights to inform future strategies.

What You Bring.
5+ years Retail Marketing, Brand Marketing, Design or similar experience is required.
