What You Will Do
As one of our driven and talent Regional Director, you will be responsible for the strategic director and successful tactical execution of all aspects of retail store operations in your geographical area. Through managing your teams, you ensure that all company objectives are met at the store level including the achievement of sales, labor plans, customer experience, visual and brand execution, and controllable expenses. You provide leadership and direction to each District Manager and store teams to create an environment that ensures customer satisfaction, maximum productivity, and profitability by translating and implementing company and brand developed business plans and strategies. You create meaningful partnerships with cross functional teams across the brand establish control related standards and procedures.

How You Will Make A Difference
Responsible for overall sales and expense results by store. Reports on results and leads the execution through the District Managers to enhance field performance in the areas of sales generation & KPI, cost controls, team development, visual & brand management, and superior customer experience.Recognizing performance and coaching for improvement.
Sets and maintains the standards for identifying and developing talent, ensuring that District Managers and field employees are qualified and perform to company standards.Provides feedback and training which enhances employee engagement and supports overall performance.
Your diverse experiences and background enable you to provide a unique perspective to fuel our global growth.Additionally, you are inclusive and value differing points of view.You hire, develop, and support a team that reflects our global consumer population.
Leads, directs, and develops new programs & strategies for both direct and store level teams.Championing, supporting, and linking these programs & strategies to the broader visions of the Americas & Global brand initiatives.
Serves as liaison between the field organization and corporate office.Providing feedback from the field on product, visual presentation, competitive landscape, local market knowledge, brand & marketing initiatives, human resources, loss prevention, and any other areas that impact field operations.
Communicates, directs, and ensures seamless execution of all corporate initiatives at the field level.
Ensures adherence to policies and procedures, loss prevention, inventory control standards, store maintenance, human resources, and safety issues. Provides or recommends training in certain areas where appropriate.
Communicates with the Field Leadership teams on a regular basis and provides a clear direction regarding retail business issues and Company objectives. Schedules regular announced and unannounced district tours and maintains relationships with employees at all levels reinforcing the open-door management philosophy.
Performs these and other duties as assigned.

What You Bring
Years of Professional Experience: 7-10 years
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit expectations of performance & contribution.
Proven ability to meet current and future business goals through continuous identification and development of field leadership & store teams.
Proven ability to plan and work independently while balancing shifting priorities and delivering on performance expectations.
Deep experience managing multiple business priorities and executive stakeholders in an ambiguous and rapidly growing organizational setting.
Future-thinker with an ongoing commitment to education and information gathering to stay on the forefront of the evolution of Retail.
Strong business sense and ability to create strategic and actionable presentations that are tailored to the appropriate audience.
Excellent decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to build and leverage strategic business relationships, as well as the ability to create alternative approaches that increase the companys ROI.
Proven ability to adapt quickly to ambiguity and new and uncharted initiatives that become necessary to succeed in the very dynamic retail world and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Frequent travel (approximately 60% or more) often with little advance notice as required (including air and overnight travel)
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and software programs.
Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, phones, fax, copier, etc.)
Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.Frequent standing required.
