Position: Director, Global Portfolio

How You Will Make a Difference
As the Director, Global Portfolio, you will have overall responsibility for The North Faces digital intake process, global digital portfolio, and collaborating with The North Face leaders to prioritize and align capabilities across functions, regions and channels.
You will partner with the VF Digital Technology team to articulate and be an advocate for business and consumer experience objectives.

Your ability to see the bigger picture will allow you to help connect the dots in complex situations involving competing priorities.

You will focus on cultivating strong relationships with VP level leaders and drive collaboration and alignment of stakeholders within the brand and across VF.

What you will do:
Develop, drive, and evangelize our global digital intake process. Responsibilities include sequencing and timing of capabilities and features across regions and clearly articulating and communicating the digital roadmap, new capabilities and key decisions points.

Work directly with our Digital Technology partners and Brand Leadership to manage a cohesive portfolio of active and backlogged projects.

Develop a deep understanding of projects within the brand portfolio; initiating cross-program portfolio synergies and dependencies.

Communicate status, issues, risks, project goals, and objectives to Brand Leadership.

Partner with channel leads to define measurable metrics of success and drive accountability across teams.

Skills for Success
Years of Related Professional Experience:10+ yearsof experience in the Digital Business or Technology fields or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
EducationalPosition Requirements:
Aformal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are mostinterested in your total experience and professional achievements.
What we expect you already know:

Highly effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Experience managing large technology projects in a dynamic environment with demanding cost, timing, and customer considerations

Action-oriented, customer-focused, and able to build processes from scratch

Background in driving digital projects across multiple groups with competing priorities

Salary Range:
$128,000.00 USD - $192,000.00 USD annually
Annual Incentive Eligibility:
This position is eligible to participate in VF's Annual Incentive Plan. Incentive Plan awards are contingent upon (1) achievement of your individual objectives and (2) VF achieving its' Corporate and business level financial objectives.

Long Term Incentive Eligibility:
This position is eligible to benominatedannually to participate in VFs Executive Long-Term Incentive Plan.
