The Creative Production Artist will work with Marketing, Retail Services, Product and Sales teams to coordinate key creative deliverables for Giant USA brands. The position will be responsible for producing digital communication, print material and have the ability to take campaign elements and rework them into a variety of applications including signage, newsletters, website layouts and other media pages. As a Creative Production Artist, you understand the production process in terms of proofing cycles, versioning, fast timelines in addition to possessing the technical knowledge to setup and or modify files in preparation for printed media.
**Must work from corporate headquarters in Newbury Park, Ca. NO REMOTE**
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, create and produce all company and brand communication assets including product information, internal training documents, and in-store campaign collateral
• Strong print production background using InDesign/Illustrator or other graphic design software
• Strong understanding of website design and layout plus B2B/B2C portal
• Ensures quality control measures are met to the deliver accurate content and technical print specification requirements
• Image manipulation to include silos, retouching, and simple color correction
• Ability to work under pressure of daily or hourly deadlines
• Adheres to all Giant USA brands standards, look, and tone
• Ability to take campaign elements and rework them technically as well as maintaining message hierarchy and creative consistency
• Collaborate with Marketing team, copywriters, and Account team to produce creative communication solutions
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of print production/design
• Advertising agency plus experience in bicycle retail industry a plus
• Knowledge and ability with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver)
• Expert knowledge of PC and Mac platforms
• Creative thinker, self-directed, proactive, flexible, can-do attitude
• Attentive to detail with high quality control standards
