Seirus is looking for an Accounts Receivable & Customer Data Management Clerk.

Description: Manage all Customer Master Data, Rep Sales Commission setup and verification, and all aspects of A/R.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Daily processing of incoming payments
• Generate and send invoices
• Review and process write offs
• Reconcile customer account balances
• Follow up with past due accounts
• Perform month end tasks
• Various reports
• Maintain and update customer files
• Set up new customer accounts
• Verify rep commission set up
• Manage rep budgets
• Customer account audits
• Process updates, creation, and implementation
