Description:
Set up new customer credit. Manage and report information from our industry credit sites. Manage the AR aging and collections. Work closely with AR and compliance for dispute resolution. Create, implement, and manage a streamlined process for contracts and agreements. Manage and oversee sales rep agreements. Manage and oversee customer contracts and agreements.

• Strong oral and written communication skills to deliver information clear and concise
• Strong customer skills for collections and contract/agreement follow up
• Ability to track, and manage multiple open items and follow up to meet completion dates
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
• Ability to create, run, and analyze credit information to determine credit limits and status
• Ability to use search engine tools to verify customer information
• Ability to interpret contract and agreement language
• Reporting capabilities

Responsibilities:
• Verify new or updates to customer credit and credit limits
• Review credit applications to obtain financial and personal data for credit risk report
• Manage all aspects of collection on past due balances
• Ensures that the credit process, policies, and activities fall within the parameters of the organization's policies and standards
• Review, direct, verify, manage, and respond to vendor (customer) contracts/guides/agreements
• Support other departments with compliance issues as it relates to contracts/guides/agreements
• Verify compliance with special agreements and exceptions
• Create various reports used for analytics to support sales when negotiating special agreements
• Document and/or create process and procedures
• Verify terms and conditions on POs to ensure they do not conflict with prior agreements
• Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, corporate policies and business unit procedure
• Maintains all sales rep contracts and verify accuracy and setup
• Maintain and distribute sales rep statuses and reports
