Job Summary: The overall purpose of the Customer Support position is to provide excellent customer support to all consumers, retail partners, sales reps and managers, and outreach partners. Please recognize this position is technology intensive including, computer and other audio/digital technology. The specific day-to-day duties may include but is not limited to phone calls, emails, order entering, returns, communicating product, special projects, and program knowledge.
