About the job
This role is responsible for overseeing graphic art production, specifically related to product + packaging, digital media, and internal company projects. This range of work includes but is not limited to; product graphic tech packs, packaging, digital media, event artwork + B2B support.
The Graphic Designer should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ideal Graphic Designer will possess a high level of self-management and adaptability, takes initiative, welcomes team collaboration, is organized, and will be able to hit the ground running.
Duties and responsibilities
• Create new / update existing product tech packs & packaging
• Photography post-processing and retouching
• Works closely with sales to produce B2B presentations, catalogs, and other support materials
• Supports eCommerce team by producing email and website imagery
• Modifies product launch campaign artwork to be consistent and effective across a variety of sizes and platforms
• Designs and oversees the production of merch, including apparel
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• A minimum of 2-3 years of related experience
• Passion and experience in mountain biking
• Must be an expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign and After Effects
• Remain detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Sketchup or 3d modeling software a plus
• Must be connected to graphic design trends, with the ability to react to those
