CrankBrothers has a great opportunity for someone who really wants to learn the bike industry and be a part of one of the premier brands in industry. Join us as our PAID Sales and Marketing Intern.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports the development and execution of marketing and sales plans.
• Assist with managing day-to-day workflow of sales and marketing department including but not limited to social media, email marketing, shows and events, website, PR.
• Develops e-commerce strategy and provides support for website including online content, product updates, and sales and traffic analytics.
• Assists with planning and implementation of marketing programs.
• Serves as a support between the marketing and sales department and other internal departments as well as external partners.
• Supports the development and execution of advertising and/or public relations programs.
• Performs general administrative duties including but not limited to correspondence, filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, screening calls.
• Maintains and orders supplies for the marketing department as needed.
• Maintains in order the digital asset library.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Available for 1-year commitment.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, one to two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint; Adobe photoshop a plus.
• Versatility, flexibility, and an ability to work creatively within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

• Passion for mountain biking a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
