Overview of role: This is a 5-month contract position for a Digital Business Specialist. During this time period, this person will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and analysis of: paid marketing, daily financials and other web-based marketing programs to ensure e-commerce success and alignment with the overall brand goals and guidelines.
⏵ Execute daily, weekly, monthly established reporting of data driven metrics & analytics for managing and benchmarking the e-commerce operation measured against the business goals.
⏵ Provide clear and concise digital business updates to management.
⏵ Track and keep organized online calendar of events and promotions that drive traffic to all digital channels.
⏵ Manage paid search, paid social and targeted display programs and budgets alongside established vendor.
⏵ Assist with Amazon channel management – specifically advertising efforts – alongside established vendor.
⏵ Provide assistance to Digital Marketing team on other ongoing projects as time allows.
⏵ Knowledge of key digital marketing tools: Email Service Provider (bonus: Listrak experience), Google Analytics, Tableau reporting
⏵ Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel as an analytical tool
⏵ Understanding of the global web and e-commerce business and how the Internet works from a brand, technical and business perspective.
⏵ 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce marketing.
⏵ 1-2 years of experience in a business-to-consumer environment or working on business-to-consumer clients
⏵ Strong analytical skills.
⏵ 1-2 years’ experience directly working with:
⏵ Digital advertising vendors
⏵ Google analytics
⏵ Amazon channel management
⏵ Must have experience working within cross-functional teams.
⏵ Comfortable moving quickly in a fast-moving business unit.
