Overview of role:
This is a temporary position through October 31, 2021 for an Associate Digital Project Manager. During this time period, this person will be responsible for administering the content management system for our brand site. This includes online catalog content, select brand content, pricing and promotions. This person will project manage all day to day ticket management with our development team with the assistance of the Digital Project Manager. Thisperson will also be responsible for the day-to-day execution and analysis of: daily financials and web-based programs to ensure success with overall eCommerce goals.

Job Qualifications:

1-2 years web/ecommerce experience
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and tracking tasks
Ability to learn programs, platforms, and systems quickly and independently
Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
Attention to detail
Thorough understanding of internet operations
Strong analytical skills
Experience with Google Analytics

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Website Operations – 70% of time:
Manage and maintain internet content:Product catalog, season changes, product inventory/availability, information about product and fabrics, assist in developing miscellaneous programs, and content that support sales goals
Work within our CMS to update content on the site, homepage, banner images, etc.
Execute seasonal product launches
Build and launch promotions

Aid in UAT testing for website releases and promotions
Oversee work stream ticket management alongside Digital Project Manager within JIRA platform for outside development vendor
Execute all merchandising and navigation changes with direction from Digital Project Manager and Brand Marketing to support brand stories
Reporting – 30% of time:
Execute daily, weekly, monthly established reporting of data driven metrics & analytics
Provide clear and concise digital business updates to management.
Track and keep organized online calendar of events and promotions that drive traffic to all digital channels.

No backend work is required, this is not an IT or development position
