The Director of Finance will be a key strategic business partner of the Total Rewards, HR Leadership teams, and Corporate FP&A and Accounting teams. The position is responsible for reviewing and analyzing financials for incentive plans and forecasts, creation of presentation materials for the Board of Directors and executive management, coordination of global workforce planning forecasts, and oversight of certain corporate cost center budgets.

Primary Duties ! Act as a finance subject matter expert for the companys various incentive compensation plans
! Manage the HR annual plan, quarterly forecast, and long-range financial plan processes
! Responsible for review and communication of the Companys financial condition, operating results and performance metrics on a period, quarterly and annual basis.
! Supports the preparation of the annual budget, financial forecasting and other supporting analysis.
! Maintain key partnerships and engage in regular dialogue with divisional counterparts across the business to gain an understanding of issues & priorities to coordinate best in class use of the Companys workforce planning tools
! Apply business acumen as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems
! Maintain extremely sensitive and/or confidential information with discretion, professionalism, and maturity
! Serve as a key contributor and finance stakeholder in the evolution of the Companys workforce, HCM, sales commission and financial planning tools to ensure needs are scoped, designed and implemented appropriately by understanding the business, taking direction from leadership, identifying appropriate solutions, and determining how technology should be leveraged to meet requirements
! Develop clear and concise presentations and supporting materials for senior level HR presentations (Board of Directors meetings, EMT, etc.)
! Provide ad hoc support and analysis to the CFO, Sr. Director of FP&A, EVP of Human Resources, and VP Exec Comp, Benefits & Comms
! Work with the security and compliance team to make sure the systems that are being implemented are compliant and secure, adhering to processes/procedures in place
! Review supporting analysis and reporting that will improve managements ability to evaluate key assumptions & trends including constantly improving global employee resource reporting in a standard format to support leadership and decision making.
! Provide coaching, career development and direction to Financial Analyst
! Directs the activities of professional and support staff to ensure accounting controls and systems are in place to address accuracy, reliability, completeness and proper recording of financial data in accordance with standard accounting principles and other corporate policies.
! Performs duties consistent with the companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
! 7+ years experience in accounting and finance.
! CPA or CMA certification preferred
! Systems implementation experience
! Knowledge of financial forecasting, accounting, business strategy, markets and risks
! Experience with SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, and various HCM systems/software
! Strong analytical skills (Focus on cause-and-effect relationships between observable factors)
! Versatile and professional communication skills
! Ability to meet deadlines, take initiative, and influence others
! Ability to master systems, analytical tools, and data management

WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Some travel required.
