Director, Performance Marketing

General Function The Director of Performance Marketing for eCommerce is responsible for the development of brand specific channel strategies across the digital marketing ecosystem. This critical role works with brand marketers, ecommerce commercial team members, outside agencies, and a variety of other key partners in order to drive the daily trading of his/her/their brand(s)s business.

Primary Duties ! Leads teams comprised of marketing manager(s), digital specialist(s), and marketing specialist(s) responsible for driving ecomm revenue across the digital landscape
! For their brands, drives the overall eCommerce performance and retention marketing strategy to enhance our online presence and build brand love.
! Collaborates with commercial leads and brand teams to define a holistic marketing strategy
! Enforces best practices for digital activations by agency and/or internal teams
! Oversees billing and accrual process to ensure accuracy
! Partners with brand marketing teams to capitalize on existing demand and influence future demand
! Recommends and aligns on the quarterly/annual budgets based on revenue expectations with brand/commercial teams; establishes channel level allocations by brand with their marketing managers
! Propose/execute tests to enhance business-as-usual operations
! Establishes, refines, and enforces processes within team and across organization.
! Collaborates with external agency partners to drive value for the organization and establishes ways of working with agencies.
! Performs duties consistent with the companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! 7 years of experience managing holistic paid media across search, social, programmatic, direct to publisher partnerships, email, sms, and SEO tactics
! A firm grasp of digital marketing math and economics with the ability to interpret and translate data into action
! Proven leadership skills with at least 4 years experience managing multiple teams.
! Strong collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
! Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize complex demands of time and resources
! Comfortable in fast-changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Hybrid. Some travel required.
