General Function
Our Kids Group in-house creative and marketing teams at Wolverine Worldwide own storytelling for the kids segments of footwear brands Merrell, Saucony, Sperry, Keds, PRO-Keds, Hush Puppies, and CAT Footwear.
Were looking for a meticulous and motivated associate level Creative Services Marketing Specialist. A hybrid project coordinator, traffic coordinator, and producer who can guide the workflow of a dynamic team. The role requires a highly motivated, organized, multi-tasking pro with experience overseeing creative operations.
Primary Duties ! Responsible for guiding the workflow of creative, studio, and marketing teams.
! Concurrently maintain multiple seasonal calendars at once.
! Own sample management of physical product.
! Assist creative, studio, and marketing teams in project management process new requests, establish and schedule timelines, facilitate review and approval process, distribute final assets across server and cloud applications.
! Support seasonal catalog development within a Content Management System.
! Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including product development and sales teams, to interpret consumer needs and business objectives, ensuring projects meet overall goals.
! Collaborate with external vendors to ensure quality and timeliness in all projects communicate deliverables, negotiate quotes, facilitate contracts, track production schedules, process invoices, and cultivate productive and long-term relationships.
! Perform duties consistent with the Companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
! Minimum 1-3 years of creative operations experience.
! A thorough understanding of creative and studio processes, including the operations of copywriters, designers, and photographers.
! Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving skills.
! Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and opinions.
! Exceptional project and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects with firm deadlines.
! Able to build strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships, and also work autonomously.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
