General Function

The Senior Site Manager is responsible for successful implementation and managing of Boot Brands B2B/B2B2C site and delivering a rich digital brand experience to the consumers driving revenue growth. This person will need to be the go to authority on all things site operations.

Primary Duties ! Partner closely with the brand and e-commerce teams for the development and rollout of tailored B2B2C e-commerce experiences as part of Boot brands omnichannel strategy.
! Manage and lead the on-time, accurate implementation of scheduled releases by interfacing with cross-functional teams, working in multiple content management systems, setting system load and user acceptance testing schedules, and checking live sites for accuracy
! Demonstrates ownership of the site, closely watching functionality and performance, catching problems, and tackling breaks/fixes with a high level of urgency.
! Set the tone of the team's cross-functional partnerships by fostering collaborative, respectful relationships, in which each functional group owns its role and contributes to the overall brand goals and achievements. Key partners are: Digital Creative, Demand Planning, Marketing, Inventory, Technology, User Experience teams.
! Collaborate with sales leadership to identify and implement rich digital experiences focusing on national accounts to propel boot groups business forward.
! Generate compelling, consumer-focused content that connects key online touchpoints for clear and effective message dissemination that drives engagement and conversion.
! Responsible for maximizing consumer experience and driving revenue growth on the brands website by managing strategic e-commerce merchandising.
! Participates in decision-making regarding user experience, site design, new features, new tools, and marketing offers.
! Use Consumer Insights and data to understand consumer personas; generate variations in content for multiple consumer segments and A/B testing.
! Leads and conducts research on the marketplace and competitive set for best practices, trends, new ideas, and actions to be taken related to the online consumer shopping experience and site presentation.
! Responsible for all QA activities prior to every release and new account onboarding.
! Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis of business performance along with resulting recommendations to brand leadership.
! Performs duties consistent with the Companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! Bachelor's degree in technical or analytics field required.
! 7+ years of e-commerce experience, 4+ years of content management, and online merchandising/marketing experience required.
! Experienced in project management discipline in high-pressure environment with a fast work pace.
! Experience with content management systems, and understanding of basic HTML.
! Ability to understand online traffic and metrics to help guide on-site merchandising decisions.
! Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills to drive effective collaboration and influence within a matrix organization.
! Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture is a plus
! Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.
! Ability to multi-task and prioritize work of self and others.
! Comfortable in changing, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
