General Function
The Kids Group of Wolverine Worldwide drives the design and development of childrens shoes under the companys portfolio of industry-leading brands, including Merrell, Sperry, Saucony, Hush Puppies and Keds. As experts in childrens footwear, the Kids Group team is dedicated to creating comfortable, durable and stylish shoes to take kids from first steps to the school yard. The Kids Group of Wolverine Worldwide distributes through leading retailers in the U.S. and globally in approximately 200 countries and territories.

The Senior eCommerce Manager- Wolverine Kids Group is responsible for driving business growth and delivering a rich digital brand experience to the consumer for the kids segment across 4 different brands in the portfolio. This role is both a strategic business leader AND a business advocate, with a strong dependance upon driving change and behavior through influence in addition to ownership. This role will be critical for both creating meaningful, actionable, insight-driven business plans for our kids businesses, as well as ensuring that cross-functional partners are clear on their responsibilities against those plans, and deliver accordingly.

Primary Duties ! Drive ecommerce revenue growth, manage expenses, and deliver to financial results.
! Collaborate with brand AND kids-specific group product and marketing teams to develop and present brand and product stories online in a compelling way that delivers a rich brand experience to the consumer and integrates with other brand channel messaging (wholesale, stores, brand marketing, etc.).
! Implement ecommerce strategy. Identify opportunities and new ideas to propel the business forward.
! Influence core ecommerce teams tasked with combining brand and ecommerce expertise to deliver merchandising and content planning and execution for the various digital channels. May act directly in one or more functional capacity.
! Partner with broader eCommerce teams to leverage ecommerce marketing channels (SEM, SEO, affiliate, email, CSEs, etc.), CRM and analytics, technology and design, customer service, and operations.
! Identify and communicate technology updates that would enhance the user experience and fix site issues for the kids consumer.
! Develop marketing toolkits, strategies, and recommendations that commercial leaders can execute in order to drive the kids business.
! Develop kids specific buy plans in order to maximize business opportunities, and then marry those buys to sales strategies that can be recommended and implemented.
! Provide ongoing and ad hoc analysis of business performance along with resulting recommendations to brand and ecommerce leadership.
! Performs duties consistent with the Companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! 7+ years of ecommerce experience, 4+ years online merchandising or marketing/content experience required. Some experience in all disciplines of merchandising, content/design, marketing, and buying/planning preferred.
! Ability to work autonomously and across multiple verticals.
! A strong desire to affect change through influence and an ability to convince others with differing opinions
! Strong writing, communication and presentation skills to drive effective collaboration and influencing within a matrix organization.
! Strong interpersonal, management, collaboration, and project management skills.
! Good analytical skills with ability to interpret and translate data into actionable proposals.
! Ability to multi-task and prioritize work of self and others.
! Comfortable in changing, fast paced environment with tight deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Hybrid office environment. Some travel may be required.
