The Sr Sales & Business Analyst will support the Sales Operations team by managing sales reports and data. Provide data analysis and direction of accounts to sales managers and territory managers. Works closely with Finance, Operations and Sales to develop and maintain reporting.

Primary Duties ! Develop long range account growth plans in conjunction with management and brand leadership.
! Consolidate, review, and analyze monthly forecasts provided by sales representatives, present analysis to leadership and sales managers, and give recommendations based on the data findings.
! Research, analyze and report on order and shipment data for wholesale accounts.
! Report monthly & quarterly sales updates to broader brand team.
! Be a key stakeholder in reviewing backlog for integrity, forecasting and trend analysis.
! Perform revenue and product sales forecasting for key accounts, sales territories, etc., to enable accurate financial forecasting, to support inventory planning, and to aid in customer order fill rates.
! Regularly track weekly sales, territory growth, at once and future orders.
! Engage in active communication and collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, Operations, Sales Reps and Sales Management to gather data and insight for analysis.
! Analyze sales trends to evaluate performance of wholesale accounts.
! Assist with presentations and sales team meetings.
! Assist Sales management team with daily operations including, but not limited to, setting up special pricing and special terms.
! Performs duties consistent with the companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! Bachelors degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
! 2+ years experience in sales or data analytics
! Computer skills: Required Strong Excel and PowerPoint. Desired SAP, SAC and BW
! Excellent oral and written communication skills
! Preferred - good working knowledge of footwear manufacturing and product development
! Strong analytical and communication skills
WORKING CONDITIONSNormal office environment. Some travel required.
