The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist supports the development and execution of digital marketing efforts for the brand including social media channels, programs, and messages; support and enhance consumer events through digital means; and develop and maintain effective digital brand communication tools.
Primary Duties ! Executes the brand digital content and social media strategies.
! Implements programs to grow fan base and further engage with fans, aligned with strategic calendar and goals.
! Executes digital campaign launches, shares plans and assets with global partners.
! Creates social content that is brand building and drives significant revenue.
! Manages relationships with brand influencers PR team.
! Keeps the pulse on innovative new social media platforms (e.g. the next snapchat, shopify, etc.), social media trends, and provides recommendations that are in line with brand assets and messaging.
! Forges strong direct to platform relationships (e.g. strong rapport with Facebook rep)
! Executes media partner programs.
! Performs duties consistent with the Companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
! 2+ years of footwear and/or digital marketing experience and social media savvy
! Strong appreciation for consumer insights
! MS Outlook, Excel, Windows, and PowerPoint proficiency
! Must be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
! Strong written communication skills
! Strong project management, time management, and attention to detail while simultaneously managing multiple projects
WORKING CONDITIONS
Normal office environment. Some travel may be required.
