The Conversion Rate Optimization Manager will manage and lead a best-in-class user experience function to drive conversion across a portfolio of diverse eCommerce websites. Responsible for core site conversion performance from site entry through shopping and checkout; and, the ongoing deployment of Wolverine Worldwides agile testing methodologies. Identify, deliver, and promote data-driven insights and best practices to the commercial teams.

Primary Duties ! Lead WWWs agile testing practice to rigorously mine for opportunities to remove points of friction along the customer journey, increase customer engagement and conversion behavior, and create a best-in-class consumer experience for our brands.
! Oversee the hypothesis generation process by gathering and interpreting quantitative and qualitative insights, assessing, validating and prioritizing consumer experience testing opportunities and maintaining a backlog of future testing opportunities.
! Manage a balanced testing roadmap that covers a diverse swath of brands, devices, areas of ownership and level of effort in order to run the program on all cylinders, continually.
! Partner with the UI/UX designers to brief design and interaction modifications that align to the test hypothesis; manage design approval process
! Create test plans that define hypothesis, document test goals, identify elements being tested, and establish test timing estimations and reporting plan.
! Partner with front end developers to scope tests within A/B testing tool, QA and troubleshoot any issues that arise
! Liaise with analytics team to identify high impact tests using business trends and signals
! Build timely, visual, compelling, fact-based test recaps, using data analysis from analytics team, that strongly communicate the business story behind the data and further a culture of data-driven decision making.
! Partner with the product and development teams to roll out the winning tests into production
! Manage Confluence knowledge base inputs and structure, including posting all test results and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders
! Leverage supporting usability tools i.e. user surveys, 3rd party studies, voice of the consumer
! Establish strong working partnerships with and influence stakeholder teams to think about site opportunities in a different way; guide stakeholder test ideas to yield the most impactful improvements.
! Performs duties consistent with the Companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required ! 4+ years of eCommerce or project management experience
! Strong relationship building and communication skills within cross-functional teams
! Ability to organize and prioritize multiple goals under tight deadlines
! Experience in e-commerce or online marketing, with responsibility for user experience development/management, e-commerce, online marketing and/or online business strategy
! Strong understanding of website standards, usability, site design, and ecommerce
! Strong presentation and communication skills
