As an integral part of the Global Operations Group, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for day-to-day tactical tasks, supporting executive leadership group and other divisional finance teams, and overseeing financial close and reporting.

Primary Duties ! Prepare, report, review and analyze consolidated financial statements.
! Oversee global financial close process, enter consolidating adjustments, and perform other financial close tasks.
! Liaise with IT personnel and divisional finance teams to develop and implement new procedures and features to enhance and simplify financial reporting.
! Develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial reporting and control.
! Manage the maintenance of financial reports and tools, including troubleshooting of issues and applying solutions.
! Assist with the period, quarter and year end closing activities including preparation of period end reporting packages for internal and external audiences.
! Actively participate in ongoing projects independently and as a member of cross-functional teams, search for and realize efficiencies, and act as business owner of consolidated financial reporting.
! Respond to inquiries from the controller, internal and external auditors, and FP&A team regarding financial results and special requests.
! Perform various variance analyses and statistical analyses related to the companys global accounting areas.
! Provide financial support to the brands, GOG and executive management where needed.
! Interact with and coordinate with outside auditors.
! Manage the factory claims process and determine accounting application.
! Performs duties consistent with the companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.
! Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
! Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting CPA and/or MBA preferred or equivalent work experience.
! 5 years work experience with consolidations, financial reporting, and financial planning, forecasting, and analysis preferred.
! Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
! Excellent professional communication skills.
! Strong interpersonal skills.
! Excellent computer skills with proficiency in excel, SAP a plus.
