Works closely with Product Owners, User Experience, Support & Operations, eCom Brand Leadership, and Customer Service leadership to orient stakeholders to the product roadmap, communicate updates frequently, and ensure the eCom organization is aligned and aware of critical dates, changes and business impact. Manage a product roadmap, ensuring its up to date, published and shared with stakeholders throughout the organization.

!
Present product roadmap updates to internal stakeholders on a regular basis.

!
Be a key partner in annual and quarterly planning activities, gathering feedback and priorities from internal customers and coordinate with Product Owners to ensure theyre addressed.

!
Drive the coordination work between our product owners.

!
Fosters cross department collaboration around the product and use their insights to identify areas for improvement and business decisions.

!
Improve communication and efficiency and provide product expertise for teams across the company.

!
Connect with the other functions to ensure partners are aware of delivery.

!
Develop business processes to streamline product development.

!
Maintains templates, guidelines, how-to references and resources.

!
Manages tools (for road mapping, prototyping, etc.) that the product team uses, and works with the team to develop product best practices and to establish standards.

!
Work with Product teams to gather production release information and compile release notes to be distributed to stakeholders.

!
Work with Product teams to understand change management activities required by eCom brand teams and communicate benefits of releases to maximize adoption and benefit to the organization.

!
Works closely with finance to plan budgets and capture accurate spend for the Digital Experience organization. Partners with UX, Customer Insights, and Analytics teams to collect, organize and present insights to the product group.

Lead customer demos, answer customer requests, and share best practices.

!
Drive internal customer adoption by documenting standard operating procedures, assigning tasks where appropriate, and report on progress connecting product and technology teams as needed to overcome blockers.

Performs duties consistent with the companys AAP/EEO goals and policies.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
!
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.

!
5+ years of eCommerce, product management or business analyst experience.

!
Strong relationship building and communication skills within cross-functional teams.

!
Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

!
Experience creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership.

!
Strong presentation and communication skills.

!
Experience with Jira and Confluence.

!
Attention to detail and extremely well organized.

Working Conditions

MI based candidates preferred. Open to remote.

Wolverine Worldwide has a flexible, hybrid work schedule, with three days in office and two days remote.
