The brand has achieved several consecutive years of industry-leading growth by creating remarkable connections with a tribe of loyal consumers known as ChacoNation.   The Process Engineering Supervisor is responsible for process development and finished product regarding quality and efficiencies.  Primary Duties • Responsible for process development for ReChaco • Responsible for developing, updating and training on Standard Operating Procedures • Designs, qualifies, and implements processes, work stations, equipment and custom machinery • Designs and improves production control, Total Quality Control, Total Preventative Maintenance, and safety • Implements efficiency improvements while imbedding safety and ergonomics into designs and maintaining Chaco quality standards • Supervises special projects, technical specs and facilities maintenance/upkeep • Performs duties consistent with the company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies. • Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience. • 4+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing setting. • Proficient with personal computers. • Good oral and written communication skills. • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities • Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.   WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment and factory setting.  Some travel required.
